WHEN IS THE FACILITY AVAILABLE TO DECORATE OR COME IN BEFORE MY CEREMONY TO GET READY, ETC.?

Our decorating policy is “day of” because of events booked the day before. We work with our clients on this time per their needs. We normally allow 3-4 hours before a Ceremony time for getting ready and pictures.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?

We are open 7 days a week from 7 A.M. - 2 A.M. Last Call for bar services is always ½ hour before the end of an event, and all guests and their vendors must be packed up and out no later than an hour after the event ends.

ARE EXTRA HOURS ALLOWED?

Yes, and with pricing based on day of week and room rented.

IS THE FACILITY HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, we have a fully accessible building for anyone.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN ALCOHOL?

NO. All alcohol must come through us due to our own liquor license by law and we have many bar options and packages that are flexible and can be customized w/ a minimum of a $500 purchase minimum.

MAY I USE CANDLES AS CENTERPIECES FOR THE WEDDING AND RECEPTION?

Yes, you may use flame less, floating and a votive that are enclosed in some type of container. Candelabras are not allowed.

DO I HAVE TO USE YOUR CATERER?

No, you may use any outside licensed caterer OR restaurant. You may also use our preferred caterers that are included in our All Inclusive packages.

HOW DO I SECURE A DATE?

A $1000 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to secure a date. (some exceptions for a $500 initial deposit are allowed on an individual basis)

IS THERE AN EVENT COORDINATOR PROVIDED WITH THE RENTAL FEE?

A Manager and/or event coordinator is on duty during your entire event.

Other staffing is on site as needed depending on package or a la carte option chosen AND ALL bar staffing are employees of Adaggios.

WILL THERE BE ENOUGH PARKING FOR MY GUESTS?

Yes, we have 200 spaces wrapped around the building.
